File Type
You can download or view the reports in the following formats:
- HTML File (Hyperlink Text Markup Language File) - For viewing online. Opens an html formatted internet page.
- Word Document (download or view online) - For downloading the file or for viewing online if you have a software program on your PC that will allow you to do so. The file does not contain macros.
- Excel Spreadsheet (download or view online) - For downloading the file or for viewing online if you have a software program on your PC that will allow you to do so. The file does not contain macros.
Decimal Digits
The number of digits that follows the decimal point (i.e. the cents). To include the cents use 2, otherwise use 0.
Grid Lines
The lines between the cells of the table and a double solid line that surround the table. The options are: None, Horizontal, Vertical or Both.
Format
Controls the color of the title and the color of the tables boarders.
Alternate Row Colors
To alternate the colors of the rows. Generally alternating the row colors makes it easier to read across long rows.
Hide rows / sections that contain all zeros
To hide rows and sections that contain all zeros check the box.
Down load / View
The following reports can be downloaded or viewed online:
- Start Up Expense Statement,
- Beginning Balance Sheet,
- Forecasted Profit & Loss Statement,
- Forecasted Balance Sheet,
- Forecasted Cash Flow Statement, and
- Loan Amortization Schedule.
Note: For a Loan Amortization Schedule you must enter loan information on the loan page.
Forecasted Cash Balances
The Cash Balances are shown on this page. Months that have a negative cash balance are highlighted in red. To see how the cash balance is calculated go the Cash Flow Statement on the "View the Financial Statements" page.
