Balances

The Balances are simply for viewing only. To Change a Balance see the section below (Changes: enter +/-).

Each Balance is calculated using the following prior months balance + or - changes = current month balance.

Changes: (enter +/-)

You can change a balance by simply entering a positive or negative amount. For instance if Other Short-Term Assets was 500 in January and you want it to be 600 in February enter 100. If the balance is 600 in February and you want it to be 475 in March then enter -125.
