You will achieve the best results and the lowest rates, if you first attempt to build your own business plan or financial forecasts using our free online application. If you get stuck or need your business plan proofread, then please contact us for a quote. You will not be under any obligation to accept our quote and at any time you can you simply download and save the work you have done to your PC.

Consulting Rates

The rate for any project is dependant on three components:

• The level of detail that you would like (or will need to get your investment). If you are only seeking a small loan from your bank and have sufficient collateral, usually a business plan with a low level of detail will be fine. If you are seeking venture capital for a new product or service then you will need a higher level of detail.
• The work that has already been completed. The rates will be considerably lower if you have documents such as a draft business plan, financials, market research, competitor research, etc. Additionally, the quality of the documents will be a factor. We use the same online application that you can use for free. If you would like us to enter the data we can, but you will need to provide us with the documents.
• The scope of the project. For example if you are writing a business plan, we can prepare the financial portion, and you can prepare the text portions (or visa versa).

The rates for some of our consulting services are not highly dependant on the components above. These rates are listed below:

• For entering raw data which you provide, our rates start at $25 for the business plan text and $25 for financial data.
• For proofreading a typical plan - rates start at $100.

Consulting Process

• Initial discussion to understand your basic needs.
• Execute a mutual nondisclosure agreement.
• Review your existing documents.
• Discuss existing documents and clarify your objectives.
• Agree upon the scope and fees for the project.
• Explain the financial forecast and show you how to edit the forecast, so you can later make adjustments or minor changes as you see fit.
• Provide you with a full working draft.
• Make changes as you see fit.
• Provide you with a completed draft.
